- Your device model, iOS version, and Talon Tally app version.
- Whether the issue involves receipt scanning, exports, iCloud sync, Premium, or the email shortcut.
- For forwarded receipts, the sender address, approximate forwarding time, destination address such as tally@talontally.com, and receipt subject line.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive account credentials in support requests.
